Our gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The only exceptions are for necessary facility upgrades (like flooring replacement) or unavoidable situations such as extended power outages. We do our best to notify members in advance of any closures through our website, email, and posted notices at the facility.

We do not have staff on-site 24/7. This helps us keep membership rates affordable. That said, we strive to be responsive and available. You can reach us anytime by phone or email. For your safety and security, we have surveillance cameras and an access control system operating 24/7 to monitor the facility.

Yes! We offer separate men’s and women’s locker rooms and showers for our members’ use.

Children under 13 are not permitted in the facility. Ages 13–16 may enter only when accompanied by a parent or guardian who is a current member.

We don’t currently offer daily passes, but we’re excited to launch a $5 day pass soon. This will be available for both guests of current members and anyone interested in trying out the facility.

Yes—we offer a $10 discount for teachers and first responders. Thank you for all you do!

Absolutely. Legacy Memberships (pre-website) are billed on the 5th of each month, and requests to pause must be submitted before the last day of the previous month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. --- If your membership is through the website, please reach out to use directly and we can pause your membership and access to the gym as well.

We provide paper towels and cleaning products, and there’s a water fountain in the facility. However, we recommend bringing your own towel and water bottle for comfort and convenience.

Until daily passes are officially available, members may bring one guest for a single visit. Additional visits by the same guest require a paid membership. Please note that misuse of this policy may result in revoked membership privileges.
